HypnoBirthing® Training for Pregnant Women and Birthing Companions to begin in January

Five-Session Course Prepares Moms for Gentle, Safe Delivery

WHAT:

This HypnoBirthing® Course is designed to create an empowering bond between the mother and baby before birth. During this childbirth education course, women and their birthing companions will: Learn about birth options and create a Birth Plan. They will learn how to use Hypnotherapy to move from fear to inspiration, from stress to calm and to bond more deeply with their growing babies. This course is for all mothers-to-be whether they plan to deliver the baby in the quiet of a home, a hospital, or a birth center.

Tuesday Evenings – January 29- Feb 26, 2019, from 6:15 p.m. to 9:15 p.m.

WHO:

Beverly Brunelle, Certified HypnoBirthing® Practitioner and Instructor with Moyo Institute, Inc., is a master intuitive. She has extensive research, training and certifications in advanced alternative healing modalities including Hypnotherapy, Reiki, Sound Healing, Yuen Energetics, Theta Healing, Matrix Energetics, and Deeksha. Beverly is a childbirth educator certified by the HypnoBirthing® Institute.


WHY:

To counteract negative stories about painful childbirth and reduce associated anxiety, mothers-to-be will learn breathing, deep relaxation, guided imagery practices and affirmations to work with their natural birthing body.
