Online Evening Meditation
Meditation has many practical benefits. Scientific studies are now examining the effect of meditation in a number of areas, including stress response, immune system function, cognitive function, pain management and levels of compassion and empathy.
In one study using MRI data, it was observed that there is "significantly larger "grey matter" in the right orbit-frontal cortex of meditators. The larger volumes in these regions might account for meditators abilities and habits to cultivate positive emotions, retain emotional stability and engage in mindful behavior."*
The weekday evening meditation offers a comfortable, welcoming environment for people to come together and experience relief from their hectic day.
On Wednesday & Friday evenings, participants receive a special transmission of a Peak State from an enlightened master. On Monday evenings guided meditation practices may include the Happiness Meditation, a meditative blessing of Divine Compassion or Chakra Dhyana, Circle of Bliss and others support a neurobiological shift in the brain. These meditations activate an energetic shift which causes people to feel more connected to others and more compassionate. These benefits help participants, their families, and their communities.
These weekly meditation meetings are suitable for beginners and long-time meditators.
