SoulCollage® with

The process of art making is highly intuitive. SoulCollage® is a fun creative way to allow your intuition flow using your imagination and images.
Participants set an intention and are guided as they create 5x8 cards from images that attract them. Once the cards are created, each person journals about the images on the cards. They also explore whether images on the cards relate to the intention set and/or any archetypes that have meaning for them. Finally, each person shares with a partner insights they gain from journaling about the images.

Bodyscapes® with Diane Sciarretta
Moyo is pleased to announce a new partnership with the Red and Orange House. Founder Diane Sciarretta, offers Bodyscapes® workshops as medicine to speed the healing process and has successfully provided the workshops for clients who are experiencing illness or trauma, including folks 50+living with HIV, children who have lost a parent to cancer, breast cancer survivors and others.
Folks are empowered to make autobiographical narratives - poetry and pastels drawings to give voice to their struggles and how they are meeting the challenges and are thriving. Moyo's meditative healing arts are integrated throughout the workshop to aid participants in shifting to a new state of empowerment.
The weekend workshops begin with an opening ceremony, meditation and sharing to ground the intention for the session. Participants are provided emotional support as needed. The drawings and poems are exhibited at a closing reception and exhibition. Participants receive and audio file of their poem along with Moyo Meditation for ongoing support.
